Charles Hinkle, 78, of Emory was born April 26, 1943 to Curtis Ira Hinkle and Willa Mae Ballard Hinkle in Dallas, Texas.   He passed on July 25,2021 at Senior Suites in Emory. He was an all-around man of many trades and loved by many.

He was married to Margaret Brown Seamanski in Dallas, Texas on November 19, 1960. They enjoyed 59 years of marriage before she passed in October 2020.
