John Green

Funeral service for John Michael Green, age 67, of Cedar Hill, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, April 9 at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel, 5:00-7:00 pm.

John was born on March 28, 1954 to Windle Windfield Green and Eva Ellon Presley in Lafayette, Tennessee. He passed on April 6, 2021 at his home in Cedar Hill, Texas surrounded and loved by his family.

He married Juanita Green on March 28, 1975 in Toledo, Ohio. They had two sons, John Michael Green II and Joseph Michael Green.

He is survived by his wife Juanita; sons, John and wife Charity, Joseph and wife Melanie; grandchildren, Joseph Green II, Aubrie Green, Ryann McKinney, Mason McKinney, Alexander Green, Samantha Green; brother, Richard Green and wife Tracie; sister-in-law, Sara Green; sister-in-law Susie Harwood and husband Bob; brother-in-law Martin Moreno and wife Sylvia. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Windle Ray Green and wife Nancy, and brother Jerry Green.

His family loved him deeply, and he will be missed.
