Roy Gene Kinslow

Roy was born on June 27, 1930, to Tellar Houston Kinslow and Leta Capps Kinslow in Cromwell, OK.  He passed on December 21, 2022, in Emory, Texas.  His funeral service will be Monday, December 26, 2022, at 11:00 A.M.  There will be a visitation service 1 hour prior at Emory Church of Christ.  Interment service immediately following at Colony Cemetery.

Roy married Reba Jo Manning on October 20, 1951, in Fort Worth.  He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked for Texas Instruments as a Fabricator.

Roy is survived by his wife, Reba; daughter, Susan Gail Heflin and Ronald of Gordonville, Texas; sons, John Alan Kinslow and Lenora of Emory, Texas, Ken Wayne Kinslow and Shelia of Nashville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Cory Lee Kinslow, Kelly Lynn Kinslow, Jason Kinslow, Jeremy Kinslow, Kimmy Zickert, David Heflin, Daniel Heflin Joanna Sanders; great grandchildren, Brianna Kinslow, Kaya Kinslow, London Kinslow, Josiah Heflin, Micah Heflin, Rebekah Heflin, Emma Heflin, Grace Heflin, Issac Heflin, Gwendolyn Heflin, Luke Sanders and Baily Sanders.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tellar Houston Kinslow and Leta Capps Kinslow; siblings, Mildred Kinslow, Wayne Kinslow, John Kinslow, Lewis Kinslow, Bonnie Kinslow, Nona Faye Kinslow, and Juanell Kinslow
