Rhonda Yearwood, born on August 9, 1953 to Floyd Miller and Mary Edmonds in Pampa, Texas, passed away on September 7, 2025, in Emory, Texas. Rhonda's life was characterized by her unwavering dedication to her career and family
Rhonda spent eight years as a ward clerk at Sulphur Springs Hospital, contributing to the health and well-being of her community. She went back to school at the age of 53 to get an accounting degree, and enjoyed a successful career as an accountant for the city of Point, where she later retired, which served as the foundation for her strong work ethic and dedication to her chosen profession.
One of Rhonda's proudest accomplishments was her role as a mother to her two children. She took great pride in raising her children.
In her personal life, Rhonda found happiness in creative pursuits, especially with Photoshop. She enjoyed using her talents to make a calendar for Christmas each year, a cherished tradition that brought joy to her family. Rhonda's warmth, creativity, and commitment to her loved ones will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her children, Kevin Yearwood and Kim Yearwood; and brother, Max Miller.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Miller and Mary Edmonds Miller and her sister, Vickie Seres.
