Margaret passed away peacefully with zero pain on January 24, 2022, at her home in Kemp, Texas, now in the arms of Jesus. She was the most beloved Mother, Mamaw and Aunt Margie anyone could have asked for.
She was born the daughter of Eddie Frank Watson and Clarice Edna Elmore Watson on May 7, 1930, in Honey Grove, Texas. She married Cleatus Ray Middleton in 1957 and had 32 years with him.
Margaret is survived by Son, Stan Mathews; Daughter, Gloria Ruthart Brewer, both of Kemp, Texas; Daughter, Deborah Harley of Mabank, Texas; 3 Grandsons, Gary Benton of Ft. Worth, Texas, Waylon Ruthart and Chelsea Ruthart of Mabank, Texas, William Ruthart and Adawna Ruthart of California; 1 Granddaughter, Teri Mauldin and Denver Mauldin of Mansfield, Texas; Sister, Lena Mae McFarland of Grand Prairie, Texas; 9 Great Grandchildren Chaz Ruthart, Taylor Radamacher, Alexis Ruthart, Wyatt Ruthart, Kara Benton, Carson Benton, Emily Mauldin, Kason Fuqua and Hadley Ball.
She is preceded in death by her Mother and Father; Husband, Cleatus Ray Middleton; Daughter, Karen Dolores Benton; Brother, Dois Watson.
To her family: She was so proud of you all and the love she has felt from you for many blessed years; be comforted that she will see you again. Special thanks to William Ruthart and Randall McGuire for honoring her today and for their service to our Country.
