Kyler Lee Mabery, a radiant light who brightened the world with his brief but impactful presence, was born on May 19, 2025, in Greenville, Texas to Cole Mabery and Lovelie Swilling. Though his time with us was fleeting, he brought an abundance of joy and warmth within his short life, leaving an unforgettable mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him.
Kyler entered this world as a very happy baby, embodying a spirit of love and joy that radiated to all who beheld him. He was, undeniably, our precious baby boy—a gentle soul whose smile could light up even the darkest corners of life. From the very beginning, he was so easy to love, and he encircled us in a tapestry of affection that will forever linger in our memories.
With a heavy heart, we share the story of his passing on June 17, 2025, at the Children's Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. The short time we were privileged to spend with Kyler was full of love and cherished moments. He may have departed far too soon, but in those few weeks, he changed our lives completely, filling them with a purpose that only our precious baby boy could bring.
As we gather to honor the memory of our beloved son, we reflect on the joy he brought into our lives. Our days were filled with the simple beauty of this little boy who taught us profound lessons about love, compassion, and the fleeting nature of life.
He is survived by his mother, Lovelie Swilling; father, Cole Mabery; grandparents, Ashlee Swilling, Stephen Swilling, Jessica Burns Mabery; great-grandparents, Charlotte Burns, Geraldine Dorman; aunts and uncles, Destanie Swilling, Faith Swilling, Haylee Dobbs, Dayen Harville, Jett Mabery and Trevor Mabery. Kyler is preceded in death by his aunt, Kiley Leeann Peterson; great-grandpas, Gerald McKinnon and William Larry Burns.
We will miss Kyler deeply—the beauty of his smile, the warmth of his presence, and the overwhelming pride we felt in being his family. His legacy, though brief, is a testament to the joy that comes from loving and being loved. Our hearts, now shadowed with sorrow, will always carry the essence of our little angel, who will forever remain a dear part of our souls. As much as it hurts to let him go, we know that Kiley Leeann Peterson is waiting to welcome him with open and loving arms. He is deeply missed but eternally cherished.
