Kenneth Jaggers

Kenneth Gerald Jaggers, age 83. of Emory, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019, at Carriage House Manor in Sulphur Springs. He was born on September 4, 1935 to the parentage of John Calvin and Leola Cooper Jaggers in the Prospect Community in Rains County. Kenneth was a graduate of East Texas State University. He married Barbra Louise Hines on August 10, 1957 in Pleasant Grove. They were married 61 years. Kenneth was retired from the IRS as an Appeals Officer. Kenneth and Barbra enjoyed their retirement years by traveling around the country in their fifth-wheel. Survivors include: wife, Barbra Jaggers of Emory; sons, Max Jaggers and wife, Cheryl of Poetry and Barry Jaggers and wife, Beverly of Tehachapi CA; grandchildren, Molly and Tucker. Numerous other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Elouise Melton and Gloria Wilson; brother, John Calvin Jagger, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a favorite charity, Emory Baptist Church Back Pack Buddies or Emory Baptist Church Family Life Center.
