Jeri Lynn White, 71, passed away on September 15, 2026 in Dallas, Texas. Born on November 5, 1954, to Maryland and Phyllis Blinn (Lawson), in Dallas, Texas, Jeri was a small lady with a big personality. She was funny, loving, sarcastic, and outspoken, and she brought that strong spirit into the lives of those around her.
She is survived by her son, Bryan Mandell and Mercedes; grandchildren, Axton Sasser, Josalynn (Jojo) West Mandrell; siblings, Barry Blinn, Leah and Michael Gordon, Carol and Keith Come; stepmother, Cindy Blinn, as well as many friends and family who loved her.
Jeri is preceded in death by her parents, Maryland and Phyllis Blinn; grandson, Westyn Bryan Mandrell and brother, Scott Blinn.
