Hazel Castleberry

Hazel Marie Castleberry, 93, of Point passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014 at her residence. She was born on October 14, 1920 to Thomas Benjamin Franklin and Janetti Bowens Henshaw in De Roche, AR. She married James Harold Castleberry, the love of her life and her life partner, on April 21, 1944 and they were married some 60 wonderful years before he passed away in 2004.

Funeral service for Hazel will be held at the Point Funeral Home 320 N. Locust Street, Point, TX on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1-2 PM.



Survivors include:

Daughters: Judy Marie White of Point; Cindy Thompson and husband William of Lucas; Donna Shull and husband Shawn of Point;

Sons: Bobby Don Castleberry and wife Dorothy of Roxton and Ricky Lee Castleberry and wife Belinda of Garland;

Sister: Lois Jenkins of Carrollton;

Many generations of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren;

Numerous other loving friends and family.

Preceded by husband in 2004; 4 sons: Thomas Lynch; Danny Lynch; William Castleberry; and Jimmy Castleberry; 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 4 brothers; 2 sisters
