Dorothy Donaldson

Funeral service for Dorothy Donaldson, age 91, of Emory, will be held
Saturday, 2:00 pm, Nov. 29. 2014, at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Billy Smith will conduct the service. Visitation will
be one hour prior to service at 1:00 pm.
Mrs. Donaldson died Tuesday evening at Rock Creek, in Sulphur Springs.
She was born July 7, 1923, in Lone Oak, to Lonnie Hayden and Robbie Reding Jones.
She married Lovell Hughes Donaldson in Point on Feb. 15, 1946.
She worked as a farm wife, or farmer, alongside her husband for many years. She was a devoted wife, and a loving mother to her children.
Mrs. Donald was a very giving woman to all who knew her and will be
missed by all.
Survivors: Jim Donaldson (Kathie) of Terrell; Joe Donaldson (Claudette) of Wichita, KA; Jerry Donaldson (Annette) of Scurry;
1 daughter Louise Mercer (Robert) of Sulphur Springs; 1 sister, Jennie Kelley of Dallas; Grandchildren: Kevin Donaldson, Tracy Donaldson, Valerie Jones, Billy Mathews, Larry Donaldson, Emily Donaldson, Madelyn Donaldson, Hayden Donaldson, Janeen Francis and Becky Hicks; Great-grandchildren: 7; and 1 Great-great-grandchild.
Numerous other loving family and friends.
