Cindy Ramsey, a beloved member of her community and a cherished soul, passed away on May 31, 2026, in Emory, Texas. Born on January 8, 1968, in Olney, Texas, to Raymond Everett and Anna Louise. Cindy lived a life marked by faith, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to those around her.

Cindy's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She was an active participant in Pilgrim Rest Church in Alba until her health no longer permitted her to attend in person. Even then, she remained deeply connected through Grace Family Church’s online services, demonstrating the strength and resilience of her spiritual devotion. Her faith was not only a personal beacon but also a source of great pride for her.

Throughout her life, Cindy was known for her funny spirit, loving nature, and sweet soul. She had a heart dedicated to helping others and found joy in simple yet meaningful acts of kindness. A testament to her compassionate character was the way she would often send out sympathy cards and get well soon cards for members of her church, a gesture that comforted many during difficult times.

Cindy enjoyed indulging in crafts and fishing, activities through which she found peace and happiness. She was also known for her talent in making wreaths for others, a creative expression of her generosity and care. A people person, always willing to help others on their journey in life.

Above all, Cindy treasured her family deeply. Her children and grandchildren were the centers of her world, and she took immense pride in their lives and accomplishments. Her legacy of love, faith, and generosity will forever be remembered by those who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Jennifer Malone and Cody, Jessica Claxton and Wendell, Raymond Ramsey; grandchildren, Wesley, Bradley, Cason, Cambree, Ryker; sister, Patty Hill; nephews, Cody, Michael; great nieces, Hatley, Halzey, Hope; Aunt, Gloria Bruhn and son, Bill Bruhn; family friends, LeeAnn and Nathan Doss and children Alexis Kearney, Logyn Kearney and Creek Doss; as well as her loving dog, Precious.

She is preceded in death by, her husband, Kenneth Ramsey; parents, Raymond and Louise; uncles, Tommy and Kenneth.

Cindy Ramsey's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy imbued with faith, love, and kindness—a true reflection of the wonderful person she was. Her memory will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to share in her life.
