Carolyn Waldrop

Funeral service for Carolyn Marie Waldrop, age 75, of Emory, will be held Friday, September 16, 10:00 am, at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Mike Frazier will officiate. Burial will follow in Dunbar Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, the 15th, from 5:00 til 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Waldrop died unexpectedly at her residence on Monday evening.
She was born August 24, 1941, in Brookhaven, Mississippi.
She married Richard Young Waldrop on July 19, 1980. She was a Baptist and attended The Country Church. She loved to go to church, and sing the old hymns.

Daughters: Amber Marie Waldrop of Emory; Cynthia Weaver (Randy) of Grove Springs, MO; Melissa Jackson (Louis) of Nachez, MS; Linda McAvoy of Orlando, FL; and Karen Bovey of Deland, FL;
Sons: Donald Eugene Hall (Tara) of Edgewood; and, Bobby Ray Waldrop
(Amanda) of Nachez, MS;
Sisters: Kay Mixon of Brookhaven, MS; Janet Mixon of Summitt, MS;
Frances Phelps of Emory;
Brothers: Earl Mixon of San Jose, CA; Garland Mixon of McComb, MS; Bobby Joe Mixon of Jackson, MS;
Grandchildren: Summer Clifton and Sunnie Clifton; Terry "Lee" Corley (Tiffany); Brandy Thompson (Jason) numerous other grandchildren;
