Billy (Bill) Garrett was born February 14, 1932, in Miller Grove, Texas to Thomas Ray and Oma C. Burns Garrett, passed away on December 31, 2025, in Dallas, Texas at the age of 93. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026, from 4-6 P.M at Wilson-Orwosky Chapel in Emory Texas. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 1 P.M. at Emory Baptist Church in Emory, Texas with Dr. Richard Piles officiating.
